As previously explained, Pela has the Nihility Path and the ice element. Therefore, the right build for Pela Honkai Star Rail is to make him the most effective debuff character on the team.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pela’s talents and skills focus on weakening the enemy, and he can reduce the damage the enemy incurs when attacking. Apart from that, he has a basic attack that can freeze enemies who don’t have a shield.<\/span><\/p>\n

His first skill, “Frostbite,” can remove one status buff from 1 targeted enemy. Apart from that, his first skill can also deal ice-elemental damage to one enemy, amounting to 105% of his total ATK stats.<\/span><\/p>\n

His ultimate skill, “Zone Suppression,” can deal ice-elemental damage to all enemies, amounting to 60% of Pela’s total ATK stats. Apart from that, this ultimate skill will give the enemy Exposed status, which will reduce the enemy’s DEF stats by 30% for two turns.<\/span><\/p>\n

When Pela uses her skills, the hit rate effect for her attack skills will increase by 18% and ATK stats by up to 24%. Another Light Cone alternative for the Pela Honkai Star Rail build is “Good Night and Sleep Well.” This 4-star Light Cone also adds damage to debuff enemies.<\/span><\/p>\n

For each debuff the enemy has, Pela’s attack damage increases by 12%. This effect can be stacked three times and applies to characters of DoT (Damage over Time).<\/span><\/p>\n

If you have difficulty getting the two Light Cones above, there is an alternative 3-star Light Cone such as “Void.” This Light Cone will increase Pela’s hit rate effect for three turns at the start of entering battle. Relics & Ornaments<\/b><\/h3>\n

For recommendations for relics & ornaments to build Pela Honkai Star Rail, “Hunter of Glacial Forest” is a suitable choice if you want more significant ice element attack damage.<\/span><\/p>\n

2-set of these relics will add a 10% ice element attack. Meanwhile, this full 4-set of relics can increase Pela’s crit damage by 25% for two turns after using her ultimate skill.<\/span><\/p>\n

There are other alternatives, such as “Thief of Shooting Meteor ”. These two relics will increase the braking effect for enemies with shields.<\/span><\/p>\n

This full 4-set of relics adds up to a 20% break effect. If Pela can surrender an enemy with a weakness and their shield breaks, he will regenerate three energy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lastly, there is “Musketeer of Wild Wheat”. This 2-set of relics will increase Pela’s average attack amount by 12%. Then, a full 4-set of these relics will increase Pela’s speed stats by up to 6% and elemental attack damage by 10%.<\/span><\/p>\n

The strategy behind this F2P team composition consists of 2 DPS in it. Their presence will make all kinds of battles easier and faster to complete.
