Battleground Mobile India (BGMI) tier rank has its rating system to determine whether an account is eligible or not in a position. The rank system created by Krafton incorporates some important elements for assessment.
Each element in the BGMI tier rank system must be met if the player wants his account to be in a particular position. Let’s say the player wants to be in the Platinum tier which requires the account to have a total of points about 2701 points to 3200 points.
Not just the number of points, players also have to reach some aspects of the rank system to be on a tier. Some important assessment elements that influence BGMI’s push rank tier are as follows.
Performance Value
At the end of the battle, the player will receive several performance values from his overall performance in a match. These values usually start from B, B+, A, and A+, to SSS.
The higher the score, the more points the player gets. If a player scores SSS in the Bronze rank, then he is entitled to 145 points. Well, this is the point that helps the player climb the next tier rank ladder.
Completed
The number and quality of the finished match also affect the total points for the player. If a player does a lot of kills and can last until the end of the match, then the points can be increased.
Damage
If a player makes high damage, then he can get 40% points to account rankings. This is where the player must join in the fight against the enemy and take part in the shooting to get maximum points.
Survive
A player who can survive until the end of the match becomes one of the most important assessments in the BGMI’s tier rank system. The longer you survive, the more points you earn. As many players as possible prioritize survival to get more points as well.
Healing
Playing a part in performing a teammate’s healing will also have an impact on account assessment. If the player doesn’t have a chance to kill more, then try to play a part in the healing of the teammates. This makes the player earn points with a certain amount and influences the push rank.
Plunder and Air-Drop
Taking items on the way looking for enemies and on the water drop will also give points to the account’s tier rank. While trying to survive, players can collect items from the water drop to earn points.
Traveling
Exploring battle maps is also one of the contributors points to push rank. Use the BGMI vehicle to travel around looking for enemies or survive, then the player’s RP can increase.
BGMI Tier Rank Reset
Unlike other online games, BGMI will reset the tier rank and points on each new season. This level adjustment is seen in the player’s performance aspects of the previous season. As for the BGMI tier rank reset that will happen in each season as follows.
Tier at The End of The Previous Season | Tier at The Beginning of The New Season |
Bronze I | Bronze I |
Silver I | Silver I |
Gold I | Gold IV |
Platinum I | Gold III |
Diamond I | Gold I |
Crown I | Platinum III |
Ace | Platinum III |
Ace Master | Platinum II |
Ace Dominator | Platinum I |
Conqueror | Platinum I |
Although there’s a tier rank reset, Krafton provides facilities for some accounts that won’t go down drastically. Two rules allow players to stay on a rank in the BGMI. Here are the two rules.
Protection Level
If a player has just reached a rank and get once eliminated at the start of the match, then Krafton will not reduce points. Players will get tier protection on each newly achieved rank.
However, this only happens when the player is eliminated at the beginning of the match as many as once. More than that, then BGMI should give a reduction of points.
Level Protection Card
Players can also get rank protection that comes from the BGMI Royale Pass. With these cards, the player can be avoided from reducing points. However, the Level Protection Card can only be used on Crown rank 5 and above.
Well, that’s the review of the system and the BGMI tier rank reset that applies in Krafton-made games. If you want to avoid a decrease in rank tier points, players can use the Royale Pass by upgrading UC BGMI on UniPin.
